requesting all internal and external Department of Community Services communication, correspondence, and documentation in regards to the Carmacks Fire Hall where it directly relates to the installation, start-up, and commissioning of the Generator System. Including but not limited to; phone records, text records, voicemails records, e-mails records, pdf documentation (RFI’s, CNN’s, CD’s, CO’s Submittals), inspections, electrical permits and their original applications, 3rd party engineering reports, start-up reports, and commissioning reports.
