Any and all information pertaining to why licenses are no longer printed in the Motor Vehicles office.
It is my understanding they're outsourced now whereas originally they were printed on demand inside the motor vehicles office (at least in Whitehorse). Timeframe: January 01 2009 to June 29 2022

Response from Applicant: Hi there, thanks for this! If not outsourced why does it take a while for it to be mailed now instead of handed to the person on site? (in the past). And now things have seemed to change and we’re waiting over a month?
