This section is found on page 72 of the highways act. It was requested that this section, reading "Valid Class 5 drivers license with at least two years driving experience." be interpreted to determine whether an operator requires a class 5 license for 2 full years, or simply requires a class 5 license and 2 years driving experience (graduated license experience presumably sufficing).
