All correspondence - including emails, memoranda, discussion documents, briefings and any other documents - relating to the annual 'slowdown' at Whitehorse Hospital's operating rooms from December 2023 to January 2024. This should include, but not be limited to: -Any discussions between the Yukon Hospital Corporation, Government of Yukon and Yukon Medical Association about staffing levels in the operating room over this time. -Any discussions about the decision to provide additional funding "to address the immediate pressures impacting surgeries and medical imaging programs." (as announced on January 12, 2023). -Any discussions around how to communicate this additional funding to the media/wider public. -Any discussions around how long this funding will sustain operating room staffing levels for. Timeframe: November 1, 2023 - January 22, 2024
