All correspondence relating to the use of private security services to support local businesses in proximity to Alexander Street & Whitehorse Emergency Shelter. This may include emails, memoranda, discussion documents, briefings and reports. This should include, but not be limited to: - Discussions about the procurement, cost and funding of these private security services - The contract with the private security provider (e.g. how many security officers, if any, when they are patrolling, and any use of technologies e.g. CCTV, alarms). - Ongoing correspondence with the private security provider (e.g. updates, incident reports). - Any correspondence with Alexander Street businesses about the private security services.
