Please provide all correspondence, including briefing notes, emails, memoranda and meeting notes related to: The Inspector’s corrective action, referenced in the July 16th 2020 Inspection Report for the Eagle Gold Mine, which required Victoria Gold to build an emergency water storage pond by October 30th, 2020. Victoria Gold’s response to this corrective action, including any draft plans provided to the Government of Yukon.
Any follow up steps considered by the Government of Yukon, following Victoria Gold’s decision not to construct the emergency pond in question.
Please provide documents and communications originating within the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (collectively, including the Minister, Deputy Minister, and relevant Assistant Deputy Ministers, directors, delegates, employees, and representatives), including communications between EMR and staff and Victoria Gold representatives.
