Requesting the technical submission of 843842 Yukon for Whitehorse/Carmacks and Teslin and Haines Junction rest stop cleaning tender. We are trying to understand how their submission for Teslin and Haines Junction was opened but was not opened for Whitehorse and Carmacks when no results were released prior to the closing of all the rest stops.
