(BCR) program: 1. Fund Balance and Revenue The total amount of unclaimed beverage container deposits collected and held by the Government of Yukon or any designated BCR fund for the past five fiscal years (2019–2020 through 2023–2024). The current balance in the BCR fund as of the most recent available date. Annual revenues collected from unclaimed deposits during the same period. 2. Fund Use and Distribution A breakdown of expenditures from the BCR fund for each of the five fiscal years, including but not limited to: Payments issued as diversion credits Payments issued as processing credits
Administrative or operational costs Any transfers to general revenue or other programs Any transfers used for non-refundable recycling 3. Recipient Details A list of organizations or businesses that have received payments from the BCR fund during the period requested, including the amounts received and the purpose or category of each payment. 4. Program Oversight and Governance Copies of any policies, guidelines, or internal directives outlining how BCR fund revenues and expenditures are managed, including criteria used to determine eligible payments or funding decisions.
