The applicant requires: all records (includes emails, text messages, digital messages, hand written notes, notes to file, memos, briefing notes, voicemails, voice memos, and any other communication systems used), related to: the nomination and/or appointment of Yukon Employees' Union (YEU) members to Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSC), and, related to: the appointment and/or nomination to Yukon Employees' Union (YEU) members to any other health and safety committees.
