I would like to see the communication between Environment and EMR regarding the issuance of this statement [2016 Wildlife Risk Assessment from the Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative], including emails, interdepartmental memos, briefing notes, etc. What is the rationale behind this statement? Why does the policy not follow the recommendations that were made in the report? Thank you.
