Action Item #7 in the Safer Schools Action Plan (marked as "complete") states: "Create a new Inter-Agency Agreement for the Investigation of Child Abuse and provide training on roles and responsibilities under the agreement to those responsible within each department". I am requesting the following verification that Action Item 7 has been completed. 1. A copy of the new "Inter-Agency Agreement for the Investigation of Child Abuse" as I have not been successful in finding this posted for the public to see. 2. Documentation of the "training on roles and responsibilities" (i.e., the content of the training) provided to those responsible within each department. 3. The names and positions of the individuals who have received this training to date, and the dates on which the training was provided. 4. The positions within each of the agencies deemed "those responsible" under Action Item 7. 5. The documentation of the plan for training these positions in the future.
