Yukon Energy's Air Emissions Permit 60-010 was amended on October 4th, 2018. In Part 9 of the permit, the capacity total and expiration date of this part of the permit was changed from the previous permit issued December 15, 2017. Please provide all documentation used to make this change, and provide documentation on how this amendment was shown to be consistent with YESAA at the time. Please also include any correspondence between Yukon Energy and the Department of Environment concerning this additional capacity.
