Thanks for checking in on his request. Based on recent returns from across YG, using the frame of the original request I can scope it down to the following:
Information sent to HPW health and safety committees and health and safety representatives regarding lead and safe drinking water;
A list of structural changes throughout YG infrastructure to ensure safe drinking water;
Testing results after any structural changes to mitigate for lead and unsafe water;
Information provided by the Chief Medical Officer of Health regarding lead and safe drinking water;
Information provided by PSC regarding lead and safe drinking water;
Records held by the Minister, DM and ADMs regarding lead and safe drinking water.
Timeframe: February 1, 2024 - February 19, 2025.
