Any and all documents that show that the Commissioner of Yukon, or the Commissioner in
Executive Council, has delegated the discretionary authority to cancel agreements for sale under
section 12 of the Lands Regulations (O.I.C. 1983/192) to any other person or office.
Specifically:
Any Orders-in-Council, delegation instruments, or legal instruments—past or present—that
delegate this authority to a Minister, Deputy Minister, Assistant Deputy Minister, Director, or any
other official within the Yukon public service. Any associated memos, internal policies, or communications that confirm or rely on such a delegation. The date and legal basis for any such delegation, if it exists.
