Annual data relating to the following across the territory: 1. Rates of child protection unit investigations, broken down by race of the child; 2. Child involvement in the Family Support Program, broken down by race of the child; 3. Foster care placement rates, broken down by race; 4. Group home placement rates, broken down by race; 5. Overall rate of children in care/custody of the government, broken down by race;
6. Reason for FCS intervention (including physical/emotional abuse, physical/emotional neglect, incarceration of primary caregiver, substance abuse in home, mental illness in home, domestic violence in home, death of primary caregiver), broken down by race of the child for each reason.
