requesting all internal Department of Community Services communication, correspondence, and documentation in regards to the Carmacks Fire Hall where it directly relates to internal correspondence that include the two parties outlined below. Including but not limited to; phone records, text records, voicemail records, e-mail records, pdf documentation (RFI’s, CCN’s, CO’s, Submittals), inspections, electrical permits and their original applications, 3rd party engineering reports, start-up reports, and commissioning reports.
