These Boundaries agreed to with First Nation Final Agreement (FA or SGA), or a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the First Nation and Yukon Government. Those pursuant to Chapter 21 pertain to Taxation purposes within that particular boundary. Those pursuant to Chapter 31 pertain to Local Area Planning within that particular boundary.
