Midwifery Program Addendum

This PIA addendum is in conjunction with the Midwifery PIA that has been completed as of November 2021 and will document the following changes: * The use of Plexia as the midwifery electronic medical record (EMR) * The use of the Telmediq Paging System * The use of Zoom for HealthCare * The expansion of service delivery to rural communities * Additional information on the Application Form process.
