Purpose of the trip: Minister Silver traveled to Toronto to represent the Yukon Government on the “Committee for Internal Trade,” which all territories and provinces participated in, as well as the federal government. These meetings were to discuss and begin the process of removing internal trade barriers across the country. The Minister then travelled to Ottawa to meet with the office of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada.
