Purpose of the trip: The Premier and Chief of Staff went to Ottawa for an in person First Ministers Meeting with the Prime Minister and Canadian Premiers to discuss Canada’s Border Plan, Strategic Partnerships and a team Canada approach to potential U.S. Tariffs. The Premier also attended a Council of the Federation Meeting with all Premiers and a Northern Premiers meeting with the Premier of Nunavut and Northwest Territories.
