I am the [withheld]. In this role, I am looking into inequities in "bonus" payments made by YHC to certain physicians in the months of April and May 2025. These are specific payments that will be in multiples of $1000 since I understand they were offered at a rate of $1000/day. Payments may mention the "hospitalist" program. I don't need physician names, just dates and dollar amounts, and ideally the date range/services covered by each payment (ie something like "$4000 for 4 days from April 2-5 at $1000/day").

Seeking the total number of hazard assessments (as defined by Public Service Commission) conducted by the department on a year by year, and month by month basis.

Please provide all correspondence, including briefing notes, emails, memoranda and meeting notes related to: The Inspector’s corrective action, referenced in the July 16th 2020 Inspection Report for the Eagle Gold Mine, which required Victoria Gold to build an emergency water storage pond by October 30th, 2020. Victoria Gold’s response to this corrective action, including any draft plans provided to the Government of Yukon.
Any follow up steps considered by the Government of Yukon, following Victoria Gold’s decision not to construct the emergency pond in question.

1. All photographs (digital copies) of the remains of the wild/feral horse called "Scout" in Ibex Valley, and the field in which his remains occurred. Each photograph should have the date when taken and the nature of the subject of the each photo. These photos were taken as part of an investigation by Agriculture and Conservation Officer staff of the death of the horse.
2. A copy of the report resulting from the investigation.
