Proactive disclosure

The Government of Yukon proactively discloses the following types of publications which you can further filter by department or corporation:

• ministerial public bodies' organizational structures
• auditor internal reports
• ministerial public bodies' responsibilities and functions

After the new, modernized ATIPP Act and regulations are in force, we'll begin the process of adding more publications to this list.

Meeting requirements of the ATIPP Act

As per section 41(1)(a):

The head of a public body that is a ministerial body must make open access information available to the public by establishing an open access register for the public body.
