Obtain the following documents: 1. All incident reports (or the equivalent if the documents have a different name) about instances of liberation by mistake in the Yukon between January 2018 and today, July 21, 2023. Liberations by mistake include instances of detainees who were either awaiting trial or serving their sentence but were released by mistake before their actual planned release date for any reason, including administrative errors like sentence miscalculations or identification errors. 2. A machine-readable table (for example, in CSV format, please not in PDF) containing the following information for all reports in (1): the date of the liberation by mistake; the actual planned release date; the name, age, and gender of the detainee; the charges they faced; the reason for this mistake and who was responsible; and the outcome of the liberation by mistake. Timeframe: January 1, 2018 - July 20, 2023.
