I am looking for all information related to the site selection (criteria, evaluation, different options, cost estimates) of the recently announced safe injection site. Particularly I am looking at what alternate sites were looked at, communications strategy for and the engagement plan with local businesses and residents, analysis of impacts of choosing the sites and the government's expectation of public reaction to the chosen site. In addition would like a review of cost estimates, any analysis documents done on the various sites showing pros and cons, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities. Looking for all work that was done and assessments, analysis, and emails that were done leading up to the announcement. Expect that Health and Social Services is the primary department, but that Property Management Division of HPW may have also had a significant role. Unsure of Community Services role in the site selection, but maybe they were included. Timeframe: no start - 22 July 2021
