And at some point before that funding was approved and announced, a decision was made to not mention a permanent bridge in Dawson City, since there is no public mention of such a bridge.

I’m looking for records involving the funding required to build a bridge in Dawson City including cost analysis and recommendations from the department on how best to use that funding.
I’m also looking for similar records regarding the Nisutlin Bay Bridge, and any indication that funding originally intended for the Dawson bridge be reallocated to Nisutlin Bay.
