YTG/Department of Health administered mRNA vaccine from Moderna since the start of the vaccine rollout about a year ago. It's common knowledge that there can be serious, life threatening and even fatal adverse reactions to all covid mRNA vaccines. My understanding it that adverse health effects are noticeably higher in 2nd doses vs 1st doses. Logic would dictate that risk of adverse health effects would only increase with subsequent doses. What concerns with the Moderna mRNA vaccine caused the YTG/Department of Health to switch to the mRNA vaccine from Pfizer for vaccinating those under 18 years of age. Does the Department of Health have any data that demonstrates the adverse health effects evidenced from use of Moderna's mRNA vaccines in children will not affect any of the older groups with the implementation of mRNA boosters/doses?
