Obtain the following documents: 1. All incident reports (or the equivalent if the documents have a different name) about instances of illegal detentions in the Yukon between January 2018 and today, July 21, 2023. Illegal detentions include instances of detainees who were supposed to be released on a certain date but remained detained for any reason including but not limited to administrative errors like sentence miscalculations or identification errors. 2. A machine-readable table (for example, in CSV format, please not in PDF) containing the following information for all reports in (1): the date of the illegal detention (beginning and end); the actual planned release date; the total duration of the illegal detention, the name, age, and gender of the detainee; the charges they faced; the institution where they were detained; the reason for this mistake and who was responsible; whether any compensation was paid to the person who was illegally detained and the amount of the compensation. Timeframe: January 1, 2018 - July 20, 2023.
