Requesting a report that shows how many hours individual Nursing Home Attendants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses are working at the Thomson Centre, McDonald Lodge, Copper Ridge Place and Whistle Bend Place.
Request this data in the format of the number times individual employees worked individual regular shifts (whatever that may be), the total number of consecutive hours worked, the date the hours were worked, per employee, per location plus the period of time between their shift and a return to work (whatever that reason may be). Need this information on a ‘per 24 hour day’ basis versus per pay period, want to map how much rest employees are getting between periods of work.
Request the employees be identified and sorted by their employee ID numbers. Because this is all machine readable data in the payroll system, request the data be delivered in spreadsheet format.
