Please provide the per-diem rates and/or special rate agreements for any kid/youth in the child welfare system who has lived or is presently living outside the Yukon in group, foster or ‘staff-model’ homes over the past 12 months. Please provide a breakdown by organization/company with whom the children were placed, and the province where they are located. Please also indicate whether or not each child is Indigenous. Timeframe: December 1, 2021 - November 30, 2022
